Happy Birthday to Yateley Networking!!!
Yes, Yateley Networking has been taking place for one whole year this month. We are very pleased to say that it has proven a well-attended event throughout the year providing a local place for the community of Yateley and its surrounding areas to come along and get their businesses known.
The feedback has been very positive along the way and we enjoy to see some regular faces each month supporting us and using the event to their best but also for spreading the word and bringing new visitors along.
Sandhurst Bakery has supplied the pastries for the past year for the morning events and this month we had them provide something a little different to celebrate our 1st year, so a big thank you to Susanna and her team at Sandhurst Bakery!
Because it was a celebration this month we stirred things up a bit and made the event a little different to the usual format. We introduced ‘Speed Networking’ which most definitely woke everyone up, with the ‘ding ding’ of the bell, as they moved around the room having the opportunity to speak to ten other businesses, sharing and exchanging information, advice and referrals.
We had the pleasure of presenting Lisa Cook from Level Three Creative with the prize from the business card draw, which I am to believe she has now shared with Sue Moll.
We would just like to make a few mentions to some of the people that have supported us throughout the year to help us make Yateley Networking happen and, more so, to be a very successful networking event that supports a local charity, Yateley Industries, which provides support for adults who are vulnerable or have a disability.
Thank You to…
Yateley Industries for the use of the venue and facilities
La Galleria for the use of the venue and for the very tasty Tapas
Sandhurst Bakery for the yummy pastries
Dani Dean for all her hard work on the Yateley Networking Website, for designing it, making it happen & keeping it up to date, for the Mailchimp reminders and the Social Media management.
Cody Coleville for his support in helping set up the website and for his continuous attendance to every morning event over the year.
Becky Hastings-rose for her support at several of the events and design work behind the scenes
All of our amazing attendees, because without you there would be no networking event in Yateley
